The PracSys System runs on desktop, notebook or tablet computers which have fairly recent versions of the Windows or MacOS operating systems. I ran it for years on the Microsoft Surface Go 2-in-1 tablet / laptop – the smallest, simplest computer one could get.
You will need full Microsoft Excel and Outlook (Classic, not New) apps able to run Visual Basic code. And you will need the Acrobat Reader app (Windows) or the built-in Preview app (MacOS) to view the .pdf files of invoices and reports generated by the system.
The PracSys System does not run on the Android operating system on Samsung devices, because these do not support full-featured installations of Excel and Outlook. Which also means that the system does not run on mobile phones. It’s computer-based.
