There’s a 1-month no-obligation free trial before you need to pay a cent. If you’re happy with what you discover, you pay for only as many months as you want, and can stop, e.g. over a year-end, and re-start as you wish. There’s no debit order, so you’re totally in control.
In 2025 the monthly cost is R500 pm for the Core system functionality, or R900 pm for Core & Plus functionality. Other systems charge on a per-invoice, or percent-of-revenue basis, but I think it right that practitioners should know exactly what their costs are, in advance.
Colleagues who’re interested in trialing or using the system just need to email me their completed and signed 1-page User Info and Agmt – PDF fillable – 2025 v3 form. After the trial period, just send me a proof of payment, and I’ll send an activation key. Simple as that.
