Hi, I’m Dave. An HPCSA-registered counsellor, and EFT-trained therapist, with a rather busy practice. A few years ago, I saw I needed a system that could quickly and efficiently send invoices to my clients, in .pdf format, with personalised covering emails.
Fortunately, I have a background in using Microsoft Excel, and the Visual Basic programming language, to build complex financial and risk management models. So I put those skills to work and PracSys is the result. It’s the system I now use every working day.
When other counsellors, psychologists, therapists and coaches then started asking me about what I’d built, I realised that I had an answer to a challenge that so many colleagues grapple with – spending hours each month dealing with their billing and admin.
