1. The PracSys System is designed for individual practitioners who, like me, prefer to bill their clients directly, or to send invoices by email to medical aid schemes or third-party payers.
2. It also suits users who prefer to keep confidential information on their own computer, and not in sometimes-vulnerable cloud storage. The practitioner controls their own practice data.
3. And being on a local computer, the practitioner’s ability to access or capture their practice data is not affected by the loss of internet connectivity or load shedding-related signal failure.
4. The system is password protected, ensuring only the authorised users can run it on their own computers, access the system’s full functionality, and see their clients’ personal information.
5. And it’s easy to operate, with a detailed step-by-step UserGuide built right into the system. But if users still get stuck, we can get them going again using web-based support systems.
6. The system doesn’t only save hours of admin hassle at the end of each month, it also saves time (and reduces errors) each day by “autofilling” certain blanks with defaults set by the user.
7. And the system continues to grow as I find new ways of making my own busy practice more efficient. So I send out updates from time to time, passing on those enhancements to all users.
